Associated Files **************** During HBCD processing, we search for files with specific names or quality scores to include in processing. Beyond these files that are explicitly selected, there are a number of associated files that are implicitly selected. The following table highlights the convention for this implicit selection. For any file included in processing, the file selection routines will check if the file has one of the endings listed in the 'Original File Name Term' column. Then if a replacement of that term with the entry in the 'Associated File Term' column yields the name of another file in the BIDS dataset, that file will also be included during processing. .. list-table:: :header-rows: 1 * - Original File Name Term - Associated File Term * - _dwi.nii.gz - _dwi.bval * - - _dwi.bvec * - - _sbref.nii.gz * - - _sbref.json * - - _sbref.bval * - - _sbref.bvec * - _bold.nii.gz - _sbref.nii.gz * - - _sbref.json * - .nii.gz - .json * - _sessions.tsv - _sessions.json * - motion.tsv - motion.json * - - channels.json * - - channels.tsv * - sessions.tsv - sessions.json * - scans.tsv - scans.json * - inv-4_QALAS.nii.gz - inv-3_QALAS.nii.gz * - - inv-3_QALAS.json * - - inv-2_QALAS.nii.gz * - - inv-2_QALAS.json * - - inv-1_QALAS.nii.gz * - - inv-1_QALAS.json * - - inv-0_QALAS.nii.gz * - - inv-0_QALAS.json
